Originally from Colorado, now living in Liverpool, Alan Mueller has been on a journey to find his musical style and identity. He came to me with a brilliant, cohesive trio of singles ready to release and a vision for his musical endeavours. This is when my work began to craft and create a visual identity for Satin Green.
Following multiple meet ups and moodboards, I sourced an eclectic and considered wardrobe to be styled across two shoot days. Using his musical references and inspiration from 1960s vinyl designs, the visual language, colour, typography and tone of work was assembled and designed.
Overall the project required creative direction, photography, videography, editing and design. From pre-production to post-production I was trusted to fulfil these roles and execute meaningful work for my client.
The results of the project were to create three single covers, an EP cover, image and video content for social media platforms and Spotify. Both the quality and quantity of work had to be prioritised to achieve our ambitious goals. The overall tone, style, and visual identity of the work were crafted meticulously to resonate with the audience since completion, the reception from fans and followers has been immensely positive.
