As a victim myself, social media has me under its big thumb and to wriggle out feels so very difficult. I needed a way to express the grip and addiction that I know is shared by so many. It’s all fun and games until you start twitching when you think you hear a notification, can’t leave a room without your phone in your pocket and pretend to not care about the likes, comments and attention.
